Everything moves towards chaos. As soon as you’re given life you start to die. Gravity takes it’s toll. Skin sags, people fall, everything dies eventually. It’s a scientific law.
But what if gravity was suspended? We would fly.
What if life didn’t end in death? What if this world was perfect?
If the world was perfect, but our hearts were not, it would still be chaos. If we had no disease and lived forever, it would just be a terrible version of this world.
So maybe, for now, gravity is a good thing.
Maybe it’s a good thing we die. Maybe it’s okay that we can’t fly.
For now. One day, we will fly. One day, the chaos will be taken out of this world, our hearts, our earth, will be pure and perfect.
But until then, we have gravity.
